Restarting meds
So, I did something bad and went off my meds for 2 months. After 2 weeks of insomnia and general feeling grey, I figure I'm getting mixed and really should get back on the drugs. My problem is that my depakote capsules are 500mg, and I know the starting dose is 250, but I guess I am going to have to work with what I have.
My question is, how gross should I expect to feel starting off at 500mg? I'm taking 100mg wellbutrin as well. Also, what would you say is the best way to get up to 1000mg a day again? Like a week of 500 then up
it to 1000, taking the pills at night? My body usually reacts okay to drugs.
