Still not quite got my mojo back, so I opted for a fairly local, reasonably short walk today, just up in the fields to the west of the town.  Mind you, I still drove up and parked at Morrisons, partly so that I could do the glass recycling, and partly because it would knock 2 miles off as opposed to starting from home!

Today's walk was intended as a fairly straightforward loop taking me along the Kingsland Road, and then diverting down to Monkland and straight back again.  However, I added a small extra loop in to take me to Cholstrey, where I hadn't been before which wouldn't add much in mileage, but would allow me to tick off some extra paths and save time ( Read more... )
