Ingredients:
1/2 lb Tilapia (or other ceviche fish) - small cubes
1 lg grapefruit - 1/2 juiced 1/2 chunked
1 lg strawberry - diced
1 lg radish - small dice
1 clove garlic - minced
1/2 habanero - minced
1 lime - juiced
1 tsp cilantro - chopped
1 tsp honey
salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Mix all in a non-reactive bowl and allow to sit for at least 4 hours until fish is "cooked". Serve with toasted pumpkin seeds and whatever else floats ya!
