Would that be similar to the procedure list for who to call when you have an issue? After hours when I am not here they are supposed to call the consulting firm, but instead try calling me and then send out a mass email of complaint when I am not available.
Yeah you could kind of write up a procedures list on actions to take and follow and include an after hours section to call the CG. I would also have the CG look over it and add his .02 in there. I think it would be benefitial for you cause it may cut down on idiot calls a bit.
