After further consideration and consulting with Gretchen and Sam, the latter of whom was going to go to Confusion with me to help with the table there, I've decided not to try to attend Confusion this January. It is just going to be too much work for too little reward overall.

I got back late this afternoon from the delayed Chambanacon 50. I had a fine time. It was really good to see people, have a chance to chat, and do some filking in person. (Yes, I have seen people, chatted, and filked at several conventions this year, but I am still clearing my isolation backlog. :) )

It was a very peaceful Thanksgiving with just the immediate family present. Dinner was kept relatively simple. In other news, I ordered a new recording laptop last night. I have to wait for it to be shipped here, but reputedly it will be on its way on Monday.

Gretchen will be driving the blue minivan. I will be driving the red SUV. Between us, we will be arriving at Windycon tomorrow. (Gretchen, more than once, due to needing to retrieve children from school.)

OVFF was fun.

Arrived at OVFF at almost exactly the same moment as Clif, which was convenient. The table is set up, the Pegasus concert went well, and I am exhausted. :)
