Looked at another house last Friday. Put an offer in Wednesday. Got accepted today. Signing more papers tomorrow and calling the inspector and all that. Will definitely pass. I will own this house by the end of May. I can't wait.

So I think I'm going to walk away from this house and look elsewhere. I was not pleased with the inspection.

Holy shit I'm buying a house. I hope the inspections don't make me want to run screaming. :-\

Well... I signed all the paperwork to put an offer in on a house today. I'm confused. I don't know whether to be excited or sad; excited that I'll have a house of my own or sad that I'm going to be near broke for a while (maybe?).
