We laid my Grandmother to rest today. It was a lovely service.

Francesca made it home safe and sound yesterday, and seems to be recovering slowly. She has the mother of all colds right now, so she's a little grouchy.

1 trip to Tesco to do a weekly food shop = 5 innings of World Series Baseball.

My maternal grandmother died today, and I also found out that my maternal uncle died about a month ago, but my family is somewhat disfunctional when it comes to communication.

Well at least I've now spoken to my mother for the first time in about a year.

has been admitted to hospital with a suspected viral infection that is affecting her breathing quite badly. They've ruled out bronchiolitis though the symptoms seem similar ( Read more... )
