One of the HARDEST things for me to do in my role at Paizo as Creative Director (and, yup! Got a promotion!!) is holding back my fingers when someone gets all self-righteous, trollish, obnoxious, or annoying on our messageboards. So... more or less everything I had to make sure gets done before Gen Con is done, with the exception of packing for the trip and a few other last minute personal chores/tasks. So... the press release went out yesterday: The initial print run of the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook (which Paizo printed more copies of than pretty much any other Pathfinder-related product over the past two years) has sold out to distributors. It's not yet released, of course, so it's not "sold out" to the customer, but on the publishing end of ( Read more... )

My part in preparing the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook to ship to the printer is done. All that's left is to anticipate proofing and approving the printer proofs, and then fretting and worrying about the book's big debut at Gen Con 2009!
