NYC weekend
Came to the city to celebrate beginning of spring break. D. came with me for once, which is very nice. We saw The Fairy Queen (Shakespeare/Purcell; Jonathan Kent-William Christie production at BAM) last night, which was truly astonishing, if a little labor intensive (4 hours). Going to Whitney today. I'll be bopping around on my own tomorrow. Is there any Sunday pm venue to replace the bar formerly known as the Dugout?
