A question about milk

I have to ask a question about breastmilk. I decided to formula feed Arianna so I can feel more secure with having to take meds again for my GERD and related issues. Unfortunately, my milk is starting to come in anyway, and I am trying to figure out how to stop it. I have started leaking, so I got some breast pads so I do not ruin any shirts.

Can anyone help with this. I know this is a sore subject with people because of my desision, but I really do need help with this.
