Sooner rather than later, Rachel Dawes was finally well enough to join the rest of the clean-up crew at the Conrad. It's important to Rachel to feel like she's making a difference, however small it ends up being. It's important she actually keep on with the idea of forming an organization to pose as a united front within the supernatural community. She likes to stay busy and she needs to be useful, have a purpose. Besides, considering the most recent turn of events, she could use a distraction.
She walks out the lobby for a short break and notices the graffiti painted on the wall opposite the hotel. The paint is smearing, but certain words are unmistakable. Wanderers in bright bold red, along with abomination and should be cleansed.
Josef Soltini is outside of an abandoned building, loitering at the very back of it. He's collected various items and piled them together along with the rest of the garbage. The match in his hand comes to life, and he lets it drop into the metal bin. Flames of orange and yellow rise to meet him. Josef stares in silent fascination, needing to see every last bit burn to ashes.
Phoebe Donovan is watching some of the children run around in the playground at the park. They're on swings, or climbing the monkey bars, or playing hide and seek with each other. She alternates between watching them and crying.
Loudly.
While getting weird looks about it.
