I'm a dying breed who still believes
First thing in the morning, in the Main Gauche, Tay Barnam can be found practising fancy moves with her battle axe. She's a tad slow on some of the moves - her leg still twinges from time to time - but she's doing pretty well in the "keeping moving" department. She's got a lot on her mind, though, and keeps messing up. Swinging wrong, messing up her footwork. It's very frustrating. She could probably use a distraction.
Later on in the day, she can be found outside a diner near the Conrad Hotel, she can be found eating take-out while sitting on the hood of her poor abused Volvo. She's a bit hyper-aware of her surroundings, her eyes darting about and noting every person who passes as she eats. Someone didn't like the way the mechanic at the garage was looking at her, but she is hellbound determined not to let it get to her.
So she tells herself.
