A few deep breaths and you'll keep going fine

It is a little past midnight and Francis Barnam is not in a bar. Due to Katja unimaginable forces, his trip to Michigan had to be put off by a couple of days, which meant all of his information was no good and he had to start all over. He stops at the first 7-11 he sees once he's back in Chicago proper, going inside. He's mostly cleaned up from his work; he looks more like he's been working on his car than killing things. He goes straight for the cooler, grabbing himself a six pack. He ignores the cashier when she asks him how he is, just handing her his credit card. He's not in a mood to chat.

He just wants to enjoy his buzz.

Matoi Tsunetsuki is not with Owen. She is being a creeper in the Kashtta, which probably isn't a good idea. Still, it looks like she's looking for something, when she has absolutely no business to. Later tonight, she'll go to Owen's room and sleep there. ♥

Jo is dragging Jamal across the city. She found them an abandoned house. It's got no electricity or running water, but it's a house. --and it has a bed.

William Shakespeare is sitting in the Conrad common room. He's got a drink, and staring very intently at his laptop. He's very serious business right now, which obviously means someone should bother him. The television is on, as background static noise, but he doesn't seem to be paying much attention to it. Besides, now that the novelty's worn off, COPS really isn't interesting at all.

Ricky Smith has a new gun. Quite a few, actually. And he just had the luck to run into a dragon on his way fleeing from the scene of the crime. He's hoping that he disarmed the alarm completely because trying to explain that the reason you're in jail is because a dragon held you up until the cops got there is just ridiculous.
