Was meant to have the first viewing of our flat today, but the couple(first-time buyers with enough cash, i.e. perfect!) cancelled becuase anoffer they had already made on somewhere else had been accepted.

I'm surprised at just how gutted I am! Wasn't meant to be, I suppose...
