So the flat went on the market on Saturday and I came back from
sister_savage'son Sunday to find water streaming into the downstairs flat!! Typical! Oneemergency plumber and 100 squids later and we need a new tap for the bath. Not amused since it's only been 2 weeks since the boiler had a hissy fit. Ho hum. Hopefully something will start going right this year. I mean, it is the chinese year of the pig, and I am one and we're meant to be lucky, but not so far...
