The DW bandwagon and statu quo
I have a Dreamwidth account now. Username is the same: 
betsyli. Feel free to add.
I'm mostly setting it up so that I can follow authors and artists who've migrated over to DW. Personally, I'll be staying and updating mostly from my LJ account, seeing how: 1) I'm slow at figuring how new platforms work, and 2) LJ has been meeting my needs so far. Maybe one day I'll actually become a contributing member of some fandom and feel restricted enough by LJ to move to DW...but until then, I'm staying put.
The decisive factor in moving setting up the DW account was probably tonight's lovely Montreal Merlin-centric fanmeet. It was so nice to see

magnacarta again, and wonderful to meet
the_shoshana and
xenakis.
yue_ix has got a post up about it, with links and scans of our doodles and everything. I've already commented over there, but this bears repeating and multiple reccing:
