Boredom of the Busy Variety
I am currently temping at an Engineering firm in Herndon. The work is slow (matching the pay rate) but hey, it's something, and I can't complain about the extra cash.
Codi's PF is getting under control. I think he's doing much better, however he's not eating. He just doesn't seem to have the appetite. I will be talking to the vet about this when I go to pick up his new food tomorrow.
Andy's just as Andy-like as ever. He brought home a new server box with two new drives in it, and installed the drives from the old media server (whose motherboard was fried). He was too funny, he comes home and says "I got a sort-of present for you in the car."
"What's a sort-of present? A mop?"
He brought in the box and spent much of the evening hooking it up.
I've been working on doing crunches now as the flab on tummy is getting annoying. I've been walking Codi everyday, but since his energy level has lowered, I find it's not enough. Suzi and I manage to walk at least once a week, but I think I need to up the ante on my own wellness here.
I'm currently reading "Odd Hours" by Dean Koontz, I'm a huge fan of this character and interested to see how this book will turn out.
