Fastin Day 1

I feel quite happy with my workout that I did today. I went on the treadmill for an hour, though I only ran for 40 minutes (4.2 miles) then I walked for 20 minutes, so I only burned 500 calories. I have been low on my consumption of water and at the end of my running, I was feeling a little light headed ( Read more... )

You'll do great at losing weight with restricting and exercising. I haven't noticed a dramatic change on the scale, but I know it will happen for all the exercise I am doing.

that was a while ago... i only fasted for probably 2 days.
