Yeah, and I was the only person involved. If this doesn't make sense, and it probably doesn't, let me explain. I went roller skating with my friend today. Now to most people, skating is a normal form of recreation and it is not considered insane to attempt it. However, I may have mentioned before that I am a klutz. And not just an average run-of-the-mill klutz either, but some sort of klutz mutation that has trouble staying upright in bare feet, let alone with wheels strapped to them. So I think I fell a total of ten or twelve times. Actually fell isn't a strong enough word. Wiped out spectacularly is a better way to put it. I had my feet fly out from under and I swear I fell up before coming down. I banged my knee on the ground repeatedly. I fell forward quite a bit. And my favorite wipe out, and the one that should make me as insane for still wanting to skate some more after incurring it, is the one where my feet slid out from under me, I fell forward hard, and my glasses gouged into my skull before sliding to the side of my nose. I already have visible bruises from the afternoon and I only came home at four-thirty. My friend decided we should leave after I fell, got up, and promptly fell again. I have to say, I agree with her now.
