Yesterday's Super Bowl had a pretty good crop of ads, the most-watched commercials of the year.

3. This NFL House Ad mashing up past sitcoms (clever giving Alf the cat-derived mascot, even if the team wasn't around when his show was)

2. The Bridgestone ad called "Carma"

Second hotel night went fine. Then went out, got into the car and started it -- and let it sit for a half-hour while sitting in on the reporters' briefing. The time warming up from the inside out helped me later when I started busting up the ice that was covering most of the car. Not midnight yet, but I'm logging off, so I'll go ahead and wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY for the upcoming day to the regal royalcrow !

Also, I think we are reeeeal close to finally having a new (to us) car. Watch my and Snack's LJs for updates.

We had some time today to look at a couple of cars. The one downside being it was raining steadily all day so we didn't want to take the chance of test-driving in this weather -- at least we can tell if the door seals are good =)
