Just a few more days
The derby meet and greet is this Thursday and I'm already getting super stoked. I can't wait!!! I'm already pretty well obsessed with the whole derby thing, but that actually started as soon as I saw my first real bout. Now I'm all excited and nervous about the prospect of becoming a part of it! Plus, I finally managed to wrangle a friend into going with me to the bout this past weekend. It was a ton of fun explaining it all to her and actually knowing what I was talking about, plus she really enjoyed herself. I've got promises already of at least 2 fangirls at my bouts, who'll go so far as to make posters for me and (gasp!) even bring their butch selves to wear purple. I love it!!
