I DESPISE it when the fast part of Getting Married Today isn't done fast enough. The Putting It Together version (Carole Burnett) and Comedy Tonight version (Madeline Kahn) are both ridiculously slow. It says presto in the score. I don't want to be able to sing along with it! It also really annoys me when they put drums with it, because it just seems to make it sound even slower.
Aside from that, I feel so cheery today. Lovely, sunny, wonderful.
