+ I think it's a sure bet that it's freakin' cold outside when there's frost on the inside of the door to the building...especially when the hallway's heated. The temp's at 0°F (-17 C) right now but there's also a steady "breeze" at 20 mph (with gusts up to 40)...so it's a tad bit colder when you factor in windchill (-21°F...according to Weather.
