One call at 0400 is all it takes to ruin a night's sleep -in this case because it could've waited till morning.
I can't count on Ops to share information large shift change to large shift change, nor for anyone in my group
to deal with it in an organized fashion. Smackdown comes tomorrow.

Post-vacation Scotcharina arrived at the airport and as I attempted to whisk her away, my vehicle refused to leave the curb.
Potential battery/starter issue and about an hour long wait for the tow truck ensued. The odd part is that security never asked
why we were parked there for so long...
