Despite going through the weekend plans and actions with Samurai and Ksam -twice,
the two combined proved to be not equal to a senior level staff member.
They didn't listen to initial instruction nor further instruction multiple times to resolve a failing change.
Acting on misinformation from Ksam, Samurai used software in a way that I cautioned the staff not to
and brought systems to their knees. I fixed it once the symptoms showed itself -it took a while for the
symptoms to come out.
Now International Beer Mafia's repair on a processor in Dixie didn't start as advertised.
Doubt this is going on through dark-thirty but we'll end up tackling it tomorrow.
