Reviewing the weekend further, I uncovered more errors, miscommunication and not following procedure.
Ksam and Samurai are idiots. The chain reaction of both working together means that it will never happen again.
Samurai's got too much gray hair to have performed like this. I like the guy but I don't know if he's capable
of meeting the group's standard.
I did relay to Kayak [VP] that Ksam has no business in IT and that if we had someone more competent in his slot,
it would make our life easier. No telling where that's going to lead.
I'm catching up on my to-do's which in 2012 is a bad sign.
