You hear more and more about how terrible it is not to sleep well and all the health and mental problems it causes like hypertension and diabetes and cancers and even premature death, but nobody (read society) is too willing to make sure its citizens are getting good night sleeps. They still keep stressing everyone out to the point of anxiety and depression and there's still too much noise and light and not enough time. Employers still make insane work schedules that force you get up literally in the middle of the night and totally screw with a body's internal schedule.
Their solution? Take a pill.
