Age of Pandora - Day 2/60

Last year I ended up with a torn calf and had to use crutches to move around for 6 weeks after doing High Knees, so before today's Work-Out I checked the modification section of Darebee (see link below) for an alternative exercise...

I chose to start with marching (ha! how appropriate;) and did that double the amount of reps. After the first two sets I felt safe to do more, so I mixed it up with a bit of dribbling while holding on to my boobs...
This was a fun set, because it was easy to imagine running and jumping to get away from the mysterious creatures!

I stuck to Level 1 (5 sets was exhausting enough;) and did the same for part 2. I made an effort to do the 60 second Wall Sit in one go, but had to stand up after 45 seconds because my muscles were burning! As per instruction, I did do 60 seconds 'in total' though, because after shaking my legs, I finished the final 15 seconds, and then I followed the scruffy stranger with the scar....
