Wednesday is usually my relax-evening, because I have my weekly dinner at mom's and that's a long bicycle ride across a bridge to the other side of town, which is a work-out all by itself. But I was determined to start the Age of Pandora challenge today, so that's what I did as soon as I got home.
Loved the fighting moves and was surprised how easy the half jack was (much better than the hated jumping jacks because much less boob bouncing \o/) BUT THEN... the half jack squat. What the... I started enthusiasticly but only made it to twelve reps before I had to catch my breath, what a monster of a move! Good sweating though;)
The side lunches were a relieve after that.
I think I did alright, even if I had to slow down on the half jack squats to make it to 20 reps and five sets. So, I'm pleased about Day 1 AND I LOVE THE BEGINNING OF THE STORY! WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT, DUNDUNDUNNNN:)
I'll have to make moderations for Day 2; I think I'll do buttkicks instead of high knees and I'll just have to see if I can do that jump knee tuck... (honestly thought it said fuck, ha!)
Quite curious to find out the rest of the story. Still excited;)
