So... tomorrow I will start a new Work-Out Challenge: the Age of Pandora. It will last for 60 days and I plan to keep a daily journal, starting today with a preparation post.

I plan to prepare for each day by adding videos of the exercises in the next chapter to my personal
Age of Pandora playlist (chapter 1 and 2 are up already:)
Sometimes an exercise is too difficult to do, for example I avoid moves that involve jumping because they are too tough on my knees, my boobs and my downstairs neighbours;) I substitute those with a similar exercise with the same intensity but less bouncy impact.
