Yuuuuuuuletide!
It is my favoritest time of the year! So many stories to curl myself inside and wear in my hair.
My recipient liked her story, which pleases me so much, given how painful it was for me to write. But she likes it! And I managed both that story and a Yuletide Treat this year, which just kind of makes me deliriously happy.
And for me! Two stories! Two delicious stories. I definitely encourage people to post "Dear Yuletide" letters with the full list of their requests and link them in the comm, because oh man, sometimes random strangers will write you lovelies to nest in.
Both of them are different takes on my request of a Pitch Black AU where Carolyn Fry survived. I love how different they are while taking the same basic idea. It's fascinating how different writers can take the same idea and execute it differently.
