what really matters
ive been really struggling with truly identifying myself. i have moments of horrible confusion where i suddenly think im just a very strongly-male-identifying straight girl, and not a true gay ftm. and then, right after, i have these intense feelings of self-acceptance when i think about my gender.

i think it is getting better
today, i came to a realization... a few, actually.
1) fuck it. fuck it, because im a dude, and i want my stupid body to understand that, so fuck it. fuck trying to hide it and being in denial. fuck struggling. why not embrace it like its an amazing positive thing, rather than a confusing, difficult thing like it usually is? im going to come out to ( Read more... ) -

it's hard now, being in the wrong body, but in a way, for everyone, if i could just pretend along with everyone, it's easier, too.
if i transition, will it be easier at all? or just harder having to go through everything? sure, i'll feel more right in my body, but will i ever be able to be happy?

so, i made this new account because i'm trying to change my life, starting with the little things.

today is christmas eve, at least where i am, it still is. and instead of being festive, and loving the holidays, and enjoying everything about the family-filled day, all i can do is think about my gender issues.
