I have noticed that some foundations and powders are marketed as being high-pigment. I am guessing that a higher pigment content makes for better coverage. I have MUFE mat velvet and I would assume it is high pigment (concealer is usually not necessary with it). But I still find mat velvet to be hard to blend and it has a tendency to look too ( Read more... )
