Nail Polish Separation

In one of my OPI nail polishes, the shimmer has separated from the rest of the polish and sits on the bottom. How can I suspend the shimmer the way it should be?

EDIT: I should have clarified, I've tried shaking and rolling it around to mix it but it doesn't work. I've never used the polish before.
