Best coloured hair dye?
I bought some pink and blue hairdye from Sally's a couple months ago, and they washed out within a week. My best friend had a jar of Manic Panic pink that she mixed with a professional hair dye that her hairdresser aunt bought. We used it in my hair after and it has lasted over a month. The problem is that she (and her aunt!) don't remember what the dye was called.
With that in mind, what is the best professional (or semi professional) bright hair dye you have found? Bonus points if you dont need a professional license to buy it :)
