I saw that Ulta has hair chalk in my monthly flyer/catalog I get from them. Is it really worth buying if you have dark hair? The reviews I've seen are mixed. I live about an hour away from the closest one, so if I buy it and don't like it, I can't take it back.
Also, my hair is naturally medium to dark blonde, and it gets very light in the summer. I was dying it a bright red using drugstore dye and then a red enhancer from Sally's, but about six months ago, decided to dye it black. The last time I dyed it black and got sick of it, I used drugstore color remover that worked for the most part, it turned my hair a strawberry blonde, but it fried my hair so bad that I had to get it cut from the middle of my back to chin-length. Right now, I have a short, asymmetrical hair cut. I find myself getting really bored with the black, and was thinking about going to my natural color. Should I just bite the bullet and use the drugstore color remover on it again and then dye it back to normal? I get my hair trimmed once every three to four weeks.
What are everyone's opinions of Ulta's makeup and skin care? I have some rewards to spend, and I noticed that if you get so much of their products, you get a really nice gift set with more of their products in it. I have fair, dry, uber-sensitive skin that gets irritated very easily.
