(no subject)
Last night jenny and I went to the skye bar in the gateway. It was pretty cool. It reminded me of more a dance club/bar than just a bar. They had the dark lights all over the place, and the bar itself was lit up and changed colors. It was cool. I think I want to be a bar dancer...b/c they had a couple there and I was like, hm, I could do that...put me in the right kind of clothes and I can dance better than that! lol...I think i'll investigate.
But we went to see friends do their circus stuff- the stilts, the hanging from a rope up above, the glow sticks on a rope swinging around ect... And there was a dj there- BT he was freaking awesome. He played kind of techno music, but it didn't give me a headache. ha. it was fun. I'm totally going back next weekend! The crowd there was pretty cool too.... I liked it.
On our way there, we pasted an ad for caribou coffee... they are putting on in at the gateway... I'm super excited! Now i can drink caribou whenever i want b/c it'll be very very close to me ... woo hoo!!
Today is the balletmet choreographers competition. I'm not really excited abt it, not sure why. Maybe b/c the last time I performed in this it was a blast, but now I'm with different people. And kind of nervous b/c people have made the comments abt the fact that I was in the last competition, and won...that I'm a good luck charm. We'll see- it is st. patricks day. although everyone is irish on st. patricks day.
And don't worry, I haven't forgotten you, I hope your still there. I just don't think two weeks has been enough time for me.
