Been a while since I've posted, not sure if anyone even reads these anymore.
Things have been going really well, my line is in two showrooms now, in Los Angeles and in Toronto. Things are going well and selling in a bunch of new stores every month.
Mark and I finally went on our honeymoon to Europe, and it was amazing. It was difficult because it was a busy shipping month, so I had to keep in touch with the production company and sales reps while away, so it was a bit difficult to relax. Aside from that, we saw lots and it was amazing. We went all over Poland, Paris and London. It was exciting because Mark's never been to Europe. Glad he loved it.
We're trying to figure out where we want to move. LA is great for business, but it's at the point where I don't need to be here all the time, and can work anywhere as long as I can keep in touch with production, fabric and suppliers, and my sales reps over the phone or internet. Mark works from home as well, so we can live anywhere. It makes it easier since I have Canadian and European citizenship, so basically we can live anywhere in Canada, US, Europe or Australia. It's awesome, but it's so many options to choose from. I do feel very lucky though, I met the most amazing person and we click so well and are so happy together. I'm really excited about the idea of having a family soon, and moving to have a house. We both have awesome careers we love, and now it's time to move forward and start thinking about where we want to live permanently and have a house and a family. I can't wait.
Well, gonna go finish some more work before heading to bed.
