LSU beats Arkansas in College World Series
-The LSU Tigers whipped the Arkansas Razorbacks 9 to 1 tonight in the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. LSU led throughout, as Mikie Mahtook hit a 3-run Home Run in the first inning for a 3-0 lead, and Blake Dean and Austin Nola added home runs in the 6th.
The Tigers are now one win away from advancing to the best of three championship series and will play on Friday against the winner of Wednesday night's elimination game between Arkansas and Virginia(who eliminated #2 seed Cal State Fullerton 7-5 earlier today).
