Jeffrey went to Baraboo for work on Friday.  He left without his glasses.  At least that's what he thought.  So he worked all day without them.  Once he got home, he started looking to see where he had left them, and he could not find them.  Anywhere.  And he looked everywhere.  No glasses.  No case.  Remember, these are the new glasses that he ( Read more... )

I think we got quite a bit accomplished today. It was a beautiful day for being outside. Hard to believe that it is the first of July and only in the 70's with blue sky and sunshine. I expect the sunshine, just not the perfect temperatures. Mind you, I am not complaining.

I just ran downstairs to move the laundry from the washer to the dryer.  I was supposed to do it before, but I forgot.  I didn't hear the dryer stop.  Finally I remembered, so I took the socks and stuff out of the dryer, and started moving the clothes from the washer to the dryer.  I was noting how dry they were - I must've let them sit for longer ( Read more... )

I'm changing the sheets on our bed today.  I'm going to put the regular sheets back on, instead of the flannel sheets we used all winter.  While I'm at it, I'm taking the electric blanket off the bed, too.  I don't think we'll need that again until next winter.  As I was taking the electric blanket off, I looked at it, trying to remember which way ( Read more... )
