Michele was teaching her class like every other Wednesday. It was a popular class but only because it was easy, who didn't want to get easy credit. They were working diligently and chatting lightly, she was just fine with that. She walked slowly around the room, watching them all work and helping a bit when they asked. Later she had to help Matt with his cooking class, she always was better at cutting up fish even if it hurt her.
She stopped watching her class and looked towards her fish tank. It was almost floor to ceiling and filled with dozens of fish. It was the most extravagant thing she ever bought. Every once in a while she would buy a new type of fish or would be gifted one. One of her students had given her a clown fish, in true Finding Nemo fashion. Matt, Al, and Francis gave her tropical fish every once in a while as well. She spoke to all of her fish, knew there names and stories. Except for the few fish whose memories were too short to remember their stories. Some were fascinating to listen to, others not so much, but she loved them all.
One of the fish greeted her and asked her how she was. Before she could answer Matt slipped into the room and she could just feel that the next thing to come out of the fish's mouth would be 'blub.'
"Mattieu!" she called out, "Off, off, Pesci was talking to me! I don't want to seem rude!" some of her class laughed along with Matt as he retracted his nullifying field.
"And how is mon souer?"
"Ton souer wants you out of her classroom!"
He crosses the room and puts his arms around her waist easily picking her up off the floor even as she flails about, "I just want to make sure you're coming to my class."
She thrashed around more, "You're talking to me about cutting up fish in front of my fish! How dare you!"
Matt turns to Michele's class without letting her go, "Class dismissed." Within a few seconds the class was empty and Matt carried his sister outside, "So about my cooking class."
Michele pounded on his back, "That's my class! You can't tell them to leave that's my job! Just wait until I dismiss your class early!"
