提高ROE可以选择增加revenue，也可以砍掉没用的功能，减少负债，降低利息成本。软件和企业不一样的地方是，这些资产没办法置换。没有100%折旧，可是市场价值是负值。没有人需要“整体可能不工作，部分完全不工作的软件”。从一开始就没有向死而生的准备。如果写100行代码之前，就决定说“它卖到$100以后就可以换掉”，或者“每年计提50%折旧准备，两年后就可以换掉”，也许ROE还可以高一些。
