they're listening to the weather.
every time i go to write an entry, i'm like, didn't i just write one a few days ago or something? and then i check and it's been like a month. ha.
it feels so odd that it's my birthday in...forty-five minutes! for the past few years it has completely come out of nowhere, and this year has been no exception. i feel terribly old. i remember when my cousin turned this age and i just thought she was so amazing and sophisticated and wow. i am turning this age and i still feel...about seventeen. oh well. cheers to being old, and either way, i think that twenty-three is going to be an amazing year, what with the moving across country and starting at a new, arty school and planning grown-up trips and all.
oh hey yeah, speaking of that, i totally re-vamped my plans for europe this week! my old plan was to go london to paris to rome to berlin to bruges to amsterdam, and my new plan is to go to amsterdam to brussels to berlin to warsaw. i realized that if i cut out the expensive cities, i could move my trip up. like, way up, as in, this coming march up. which will work out well because i don't start school until fall anyway, and this new way is more streamlined and easier to do. i am sort of sad about cutting the trip down so much [especially after the awesome conversation i had with clocksheep about paris and rome], but i figure i can combine the cut cities into a separate trip down the road and spend more time there. plus i may have a layover in london, so hey. i don't know. but i am going to europe in like six months whattt.
in other news, seattleboy has been texting me a lot lately. i can't wait to move up there and see what doesn't develop between us! awkward relationship stuff, aww yeah.
