I had a relatively awesome birthday. Even though it was my 30th (Eeeeeek! Haven't updated in awhile. I've just been busy, I guess.  I've been watching the Olympics a lot, and working on getting a couple of submissions together for different poetry magazines.  I had a cold, which was pretty annoying.

i feel nauseated and keep gagging. i don't want to eat anything, just looking at food makes me want to throw up.  this is a 180 degree turn from yesterday evening. For the last few weeks, sickness as been ciculating through my family. We got to the point where the sickness cycle was working itself out. i've felt sick since yesterday morning and didn't go to American Fiction today.
