What's the rule (if there is one) if a player is voted to start the ASG, but is injured? Does the manager replace him or does the 2nd place vote getter start? Case in point: Pujols is leading 1B and has such a lead barring a drastic world wide push he will win the 1B voting, but I don't see him playing even if he does come off the DL by then.
