the ramifications of your actions

How can I liberate myself
write on the whim?
express the unexpressable?
if i know you'll be watching
monitoring
keeping tabs?

You said you were confused
said thinking about the entries gave you headaches
well, knowing you read it
read it all
gives me heartache

you claimed you didn't understand
what i had written
you weren't meant to
no one was meant to
i don't understand half of what i write anymore
please don't expect me to go
piece by piece
and give you the back story on it
i can't do that
it's just what comes from the heart
the head
the soul
the body
the mind
it's whatever my fingers tap out on the keyboard at any given time
and yet you can't seem to grasp
the invasion of my trust
my privacy
how could you?
