I'm just going to start off with telling you that this recipe is a definite keeper. I rarely roast or bake fish because I always seem to end up with too-dry fish and a house smelling of seafood [yech]. However, this super simple recipe produces fish that is anything but dry and the only smells you'll have will be of delicious cream and herbs.

If you've ever been to Madison, WI, you may know of their Spicy Cheesy Bread, a signature item available at their amazing Farmer's Market. If you haven't, you shouldn't have to miss out on this tasty bread. And, you don't have to!
I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast, but when the boyfriend is over it gives me reason to invest a little effort in what should be my first meal of the day. Here's one of the things I baked for our early morning noms.
This recipe is made using a basic scone dough - with a little twist.

Yay theme contest post! Lol.
