HELP!
Hi, all! I've been a long time lurker for this community for as long as I can remember and I just have to say that I've tried several recipes from here and each have turned out amazing. Whenever I've had a need to bake or need some tips, I automatically know I can find what I'm looking for here. And if all goes well this week, I'll hopefully be able to share my baking endeavors for this first time ever. I'm very excited. :)
With that said, I come to you all with a bit of a dilemma. I'm baking chocolate crackle cookies this year for some Christmas presents and to take to work to share with my co-workers. However, among all those people to bake for I have three who are diabetic. They hardly ever get to share in the sweets and I wanted to do something special for them so they don't feel left out. What I want to know is if anyone out there has a recipe for some sugar-free or diabetic-friendly chocolate crackle cookies? And if, not I'll gladly accept any other suggestions! Really, I'll try anything. :)
