A/N: Double drabble.
At times like this, Jack had to wonder if his team ever bothered listening to him, or whether his words simply went in one ear and out the other, without coming into contact with whatever passed for their brains.
“I distinctly remember telling you not, under any circumstances, to allow any part of that Bednarian Foof to come into contact with your bare skin, especially not its blood! I even told you what would happen if you did!” He glared at the four people standing in front of him, scratching miserably at inflamed patches of skin on their arms, hands, and even their faces.
“You did,” Ianto agreed. “And we took every possible precaution, using what we had available. What you didn’t warn us about, however, was that a cornered Foof can, and will, spray attackers with its own blood. You should be grateful we were able to capture it despite this!” He gestured at their ruined, blood-smeared clothing and the blisters that were beginning to form from exposure to Foof blood.
The wind went out of Jack’s sails. “I didn’t know that, okay?”
“Well, I hope you know how to treat these sores.”
Jack sighed. “Baking soda and milk.”
