Summary: Martha is trying to get hold of the Doctor during an emergency.

“Doctor? Doctor, pick up if you’re there! Doctor!”
There was no reply. Martha cursed under her breath; her calls must be going straight to voicemail, and who knew when, or even if, the Doctor would ever check his messages? At this rate, by the time she managed to get him on the line it would be too late. Maybe she should hang up and call Torchwood instead.
“What’s the point of having a hotline to earth’s self-appointed guardian if he never answers his bloody phone?”
Hanging up, she pressed speed dial again.
“With my luck he’s probably changed his number.”
